Our product line is really mother nature's product line. She fashions her crystals in an infinite variety of shapes, sizes, transparancies, colors, and, if we apply our value systems, qualities. She also has a fine disregard for part numbers. If a well-meaning, but uniformed marketeer cooks up a scheme to sell 1000 quartz crystals all 3 inches long and 1/4 inch thick with the same luster, transparency, and freedom from damage, no one in the world could supply this person. Even if they are willing to accept a 20% size variation and be lenient on the other qualities, it would still be hard to fill the order. We may have a fine quartz crystal in stock 11mm wide and 53mm long, but it is unlikely we could find it among the thousands of crystals we stock. So please, give us as much leeway as possible.

We will fill all reasonable requests.

Our crystal jewelry is, for the most part, matched up as close as possible. Nature rarely makes identical parts...think of snowflakes...So, watermellon tourmaline slice earrings will be similar, but not Parts Person exact. Kyanite earrings will be two pieces that are similar, but one might be just a hair shorter than the other, or have an inclusion that the other one doesn't have. That's just the nature of the beast. We will always pick out the nicest pieces for your order, and of course, if you are not satisfied, you have 10 days to return them for a full credit.
